In the app
- Open Delulu and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Pick a reason and confirm.
You are logged out and removed from the app immediately.
No app?
By email
Email supportdelulu@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed up with.
We confirm the request through that number and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, preferences and prompt answers.
- Your likes, matches and chats. Your matches can no longer see or message you, and messages waiting on our servers are deleted.
- Your encryption keys, login sessions and push notification token.
All personal data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days of the deletion.
What we may keep
- Reports made by or about you and records of moderation actions, for up to 1 year, for safety and to stop banned users from returning.
- Records we must keep by law, for the period the law requires.
Just need a break? Choose Deactivate in Settings instead. Your profile is hidden, and you can come back anytime by logging in.
If you sign up again later with the same number, you start as a brand-new account.
