Kashnova Enterprise has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on Delulu. This page sets out our published standards.
Adults only
- Delulu is only for people aged 18 and over. Every user must give their date of birth, and accounts under 18 cannot be created.
- We remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
Prohibited
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor, including images, text, links or requests.
- Grooming, or any attempt to contact or meet a minor.
- Sharing or requesting CSAM in any form.
How we prevent and detect it
- Every photo is checked automatically before it is shown, and unsure photos are reviewed by a moderator.
- Members can report any profile or chat from inside the app, and attach messages as evidence.
- Our safety team reviews CSAE reports with top priority.
How we respond
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned and their content removed.
- We preserve relevant evidence and report CSAM and CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including Indian law enforcement and the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal, as required by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the IT Act, 2000.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
How to report
